We want to make it as easy as possible for you!

A flexible "per person" concept rounds off our attractively priced event and seminar offering. We have intensively re-worked the topic of pricing policy and have successfully introduced our Delegate Rate Packages, pioneering this type of pricing in large event locations in the event industry in Switzerland.

Delegate rates are offered for seminars and dinners as well as for cocktail receptions and food festivals. The main venue rent is always included.

Room occupancy
When using our premises for more than 4 hours, food and drink consumption worth CHF 15.00 per person is required. If this amount is not reached, a surcharge of CHF 15.00 per person will be charged for room use.

Catering
Discover our attractive menus and be inspired by a wide range of selected dishes.

All food and beverage services are provided by Trafo Baden Betriebs AG. Bringing your own catering is not permitted.

Lunch served in a bento box
Enjoy a freshly prepared three-course business lunch in our bento box, based on the daily specials in our Ampère Lounge on the second floor, entrance Brown Boveri Platz. Still and sparkling water and coffee are included.

Room access
Our rooms are available 60–90 minutes before the seminar begins – for preparation and a relaxed arrival.

Seminar rooms Hertz, Volt 1, 2 and 3, Watt 1 and 2:
Projectors and screens, or televisions with HDMI connections, are included in the price.

All prices are in Swiss francs, including 8.1% VAT.
